Growth scan for ForYou

The challenge

ForYou wanted to give SMB entrepreneurs an accessible way to gain insight into their commercial growth opportunities. They had built a first version of the Growth Scan in Lovable, but that setup was not scalable enough to seriously roll out the tool. They needed a production-ready environment that runs fast, handles customer data securely and is easy to extend.

Our solution

We rebuilt the Growth Scan as a full Laravel application. The core, twelve short questions that lead to a personalized analysis, stayed the same, but the technology underneath was rebuilt from scratch. The result is a fast, stable tool that ForYou can develop further entirely on their own.

AI as the engine under the hood

As soon as an entrepreneur fills in the scan, multiple AI models start working in parallel. They analyze the website, evaluate the positioning, look at visibility and compare the company with the competition. All findings come together in one readable diagnosis, built around five pillars: proposition, visibility, authority, conversion and follow-up.

From free scan to detailed report

The free report instantly delivers a growth score, a diagnosis per pillar and concrete improvement points. Anyone who wants to dive deeper can order an extended report. At that point, a second layer of AI models kicks in to deepen the analysis, and the entrepreneur receives a complete PDF report by email.

The impact

ForYou now has its own growth tool that scales with the number of scans. Entrepreneurs get valuable insights within a few minutes, and ForYou gets warm leads who already know where their growth opportunities are.
