Which chip does your Mac have? Click the Apple logo in the top left and choose 'About This Mac'. If it lists a 'Chip', choose Apple chip. If it lists a 'Processor' with Intel, choose Intel chip.

Download and open the tool
Pick the version for your computer above and open the file you download.

Share your ID
The tool shows an ID. Pass that number on to us, by phone or via WhatsApp.

Click Accept
As soon as we connect, a window appears. Click Accept and we look at your screen with you.
You stay in control: we only see your screen after you click Accept, and you end the connection whenever you like.
