ON-Connector for Office Ninja IT

The challenge

Office Ninja IT (ON-IT) wanted a flagship product of their own to help clients reconnect fragmented software landscapes. In practice, staffing agencies in particular run into this all the time: backoffice systems, time tracking, payroll, invoicing and CRM each speak their own language and do not naturally cooperate. Their previous solution was inflexible and not scalable enough to keep up with that demand, and needed to be replaced by something quickly extensible and reliable.

Our solution

We rebuilt the ON-Connector from the ground up as a Laravel application. The platform is set up modularly: every integration is a separate building block that can be added, replaced or extended without affecting the rest. For ON-IT, that means: rolling out a new integration for a client lightning-fast, without reinventing the wheel each time.

Built for staffing agencies, suitable for any industry

Most clients are staffing agencies that want their backoffice, time tracking and invoicing to talk seamlessly to each other. But the architecture is set up so that the ON-Connector can connect virtually any system to virtually any other: from e-commerce and suppliers to time tracking and accounting. The core stays the same, only the building blocks change.

The impact

ON-IT now has its own integration platform that they proudly deliver to clients. Staffing agencies that previously spent days manually moving data, now have an environment in which everything synchronizes in real time. Integrations that used to be custom projects are today a matter of activating a new module.
