TV wall configurator for a Dutch webshop

The challenge

A Dutch specialist in TV furniture and wall units wanted webshop visitors to be able to assemble their ideal setup in a few steps: from the right size and the right layout to finishes and accessories. The existing configurator, built on a WordPress plugin, was hard to customize and not stable enough to truly guide customers through the process. On the admin side, adding product rules or new variants was a puzzle as well.

Our solution

We rebuilt the configurator from the ground up with Vue 3 for the frontend, giving customers a fast and smooth experience on both desktop and mobile. The step-by-step setup leads visitors clearly through every choice, and behind the scenes everything is neatly hooked into WooCommerce. From the final step, the configured TV wall rolls straight into the cart, without the customer having to enter their data again.

Easy to manage

Products, options, prices and combination rules are all managed from the familiar WordPress backend. The webshop manager can add new variants, adjust rules or roll out a promotion without needing a developer. The configurator automatically reflects those changes.

The impact

Webshop customers can comfortably assemble their TV wall, including from their phone, and move through to the order more smoothly. For the webshop managers, the catalog is much faster to update than in the old situation, and the transition from configuration to checkout is friction-free.
